Whitechapel Gallery – Pierre Klossowski
CHK designed the Pierre Klossowski exhibition, which opened at the Whitechapel Gallery, London in 2006 before traveling to the Museum Ludwig in Cologne, and the Centre Pompidou and Musée National d’Art Moderne in Paris. Pierre Klossowski (1905–2001) was a significant and influential philosopher, writer, translator and artist; he befriended Georges Bataille and formulated an original stance on many theological issues and the philosophy of the Marquis de Sade. CHK designed this publication with a variety of different papers and background colours. It is published by German publisher Hatje Kantz and can be ordered here.
