CHK Design studio creates visual communication systems. Our visual output spans all media – from digital to analogue; from corporate, web and app design, to magazine, book and exhibition design.
We have an analytical approach to design and research is one of the key elements in each of our projects. Our ethos is simple:

Director Christian Küsters received his MFA from Yale University and his BA from the London College of Printing. Christian also established the digital type foundry, Acme Fonts. Christian has lectured at Central St Martins College and Camberwell College of Art and has written for a number of leading design publications. He is the author of Restart: New Systems in Graphic Design (published by Thames & Hudson). He conceived, co-curated and co-designed Design Now – Graphics, an exhibition on contemporary graphic design for the Design Museum, London. Christian is art director of leading architectural publication Architectural Design (AD), edited by Helen Castle.
Christos has been part of CHK Design since 2013. He received his MA from Central Saint Martins and his BA from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Since joining CHK he has worked on various multi-disciplinary projects, including the Arup Associates 50 exhibition, Architectural Design magazine (AD), greentomatocars app and the PCKO Architects' website.
